Great company to deal with and happy with my new car.

I bought a second hand Ford from here and the sales team were amazing. They were easy to get hold of and answered my questions quickly. I then took the car on a test drive and when I got back there were no pressure sale tactics. I decided to buy it and as it’s MOT was due that week they put it through an MOT before the sale, it passed with a clean certificate but they inform me that if it had fails they would have put it right. The offices are clean and tidy and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend. I’ve since driven the car 200 miles and its currently showing no signs of issues.

I purchased a Golf GTD from here a week ago, the entire process and exchange went smooth with no issues. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would just like to say that Steve and Chris could not have done more to help me in the purchase of my car. I was met by Chris who straight away asked if I would like a cup of tea whilst the car was brought round for the test drive.

I just bought a lovely Volvo from Hewish cars and I could not be happier with my experience. I hate buying used cars but the staff here are not pushy, intimidating or patronising as I have found elsewhere. My purchase and trade in were smooth and fair. I pointed out a couple of issues with the Volvo and they had them address quickly and with no fuss. I felt valued as a customer and not a cash cow and when I am in the market for my next car they will be my first point of call. Thank you all for taking the stress out of buying a car.

Recently brought a car from here so my review is based on service and the salesman NOT on the car just yet. From the minute I enquired about the vehicle the young man was helpful answering all my enquires and making sure nothing was too much trouble. He replied to my text messages as soon as was reasonable to do so and he was polite and courteous. Once we arrived to view the vehicle we were greeted in a kind friendly manner and left to look round the (clean presentable) car. Husband took it for a test drive and again was dealt with in a professional manner. Went inside the office and took our 3 children (0,4,5) got offered a cuppa which btw was the best cup of tea iv had 10/10 for that. All the paperwork was finalized quickly and efficiently and the children were spoke to and allowed to look at the cars inside. Overall a fab experience were made to feel welcome and so far so good.
Will amend in a months time after having the vehicle for a while to reflect any feedback with that.

Great service, great car, staff were really approachable and helpful would 100% recommend!

Very smooth and enjoyable transaction, no hard sales, no silly part exchange offers, they gave us a good px, they also put a tow bar on for us as well, the only slight winge I have is the rear high level brake light was not working and had to get my local garage to replace bulb.

PEUGEOT 3008. Highly recommended dealer. I had been looking for a few months for a Peugeot 3008 and saw one online at Quality Cars of Hewish. I noticed on the website the staff were on leave for a week. Despite this, I emailed them and Stephen was kind enough to take a deposit and said they would have the car ready for me to look at when they reopened on the Monday morning. It was a 100 mile drive for me but well worth it. I had a good long look at the Peugeot, I was able to take it for a test drive before I decided to commit to buying. Chris was great on the Admin side, patient and helpful. The guys said they would service the Peugeot for me and put a new MOT on it. They were good to their word and I collected the Peugeot three days later. One very happy customer. If you are looking for a car to buy I highly recommend these guys, a very stress free experience with cars at good prices!

I arrived at Hewish car centre with my son who wanted a car for himself however I saw a car a Suzuki Swift that was just right for me. I had a chat with Steve and he agreed a price for my car which was generous and after a test drive I purchased the Suzuki. After 16 days the gear cable snapped I contacted the warranty co. and Green Flag who made a temp fix so I could drive to the garage. The warranty refused to pay and the bill was around £250. I went Hewish Car Sales told Steve my cable broke and before I could continue he graciously told me that they would cover the repair and he did. I got my car and it runs like a dream. Highly recommend this dealer he is fair and professional. Happy Customer

Father in law bought a car that developed some issues.(MIL). Dealer bent over backwards trying to get the fault fixed. After many attempts and a long time with mechanics he had enough, and a full refund was transferred with no hassle.
Cars break, thats life, but the after sales service was spot on. Would have no concern buying the next car from there, but nothing suitable in stock.
